I suggest you edit your post and remove the screenshot. This is something that you should handle with Support. Posting it here is doing the same thing he was doing to your alliance, now there are just more people reading it.

Just ignore him, and don't open your alliance to "anyone can join". Prevents trolls like him from joining.
