i am currently the leader of a clan so if you give me 150 diamonds i will join your clan because that is half the cost to make a clan

Firstly, it's not possible to transfer Rubies from player to player. Simply isn't done.

Secondly, established alliances will generally not take players who demand things from them first. The point of them recruiting you is you contribute to their goals, funds, and triumphs. The respect you earn from them in doing so translates into them doing things for you.

I wish you luck with finding a new alliance or finding players to join yours.

It's called 'alliance,' not clan, and those red, brightly polished things on the screen are rubies, not diamonds.
