Hi all,
Ok, so were a bit new on the US server but having a ball so far. Thanks to those who have made us feel welcome, trash talk aside we have enjoyed ourselves so far so thankyou.
Few things I would like to clarify, were not supposed to hit alliances in the server war or that makes us somehow involved ?? Yet we get Serry knocking our caps off OP's (outside alliance tourney) and incomming hits for Glory in the alliance tourney, on a 6 man alliance of all things....
Not that were complaining about the hits we have had so far, its what the game is about, these are to be encouraged. Got one alliance hitting us pretty hard and I respect them for not bending over and having a crack, were enjoying it. But to me this "Dont get involved in the server war" stuff and stay away from us blah blah blah just seems like a way for alot of alliances to just hide from REAL pvp and send out hits when it suits them (Alliance Tourney) while not accepting any in return for threat of some huge server war etc etc.
Dont get me wrong, but why should we accept them hitting us when they want to and then not hit back when we want to?? We are new here but that double standard seems like a load of absolute bollocks to me.
I dont have the printscreens for the OP cap that was knocked, but the hits on Thriven from KoN linked below.

We have had a few other 550 halls comming after us that we have been able to defend as well middle and a flank or three flanks, shoutout to those guys who have been decent about it as well with leaving us alone after one hit etc.
Were sweet with accepting those hits because we probably deserved it in honesty, and if we didnt deserve it we will do somethign down the line to deserve it, but the KoN hits got us scratching our heads, we havent done anything to get involved that we are aware of. Yes when we hit lvl70 people will get 6 waves etc to use against us but beleive me 6 waves with hall bonuses on flanks and mid it still wouldnt break if we changed ratios half the time, that defense was done 12 seconds after a previous incomming thats the only reason he broke the flanks at all. When your sending a super with 97CY gems you want to break the walls a bit earlier so you can use those gems, seems a little silly to me is all and a little 2 faced how we gotta take hits but we keep getting told were not allowed to return them when it suits us.
Any clarification appreciated. The whole server war thing though seems like a proper joke with the rules that were getting told about. Any clarification appreciated from those involved or those that may know the politics at play. Also, were not interested in joining, were interested in having fun playing. These rules restrict that fun we can have so seekign clarification on them before we proceed.

Yeah, it's a double standard that they use to smash weaker alliances, then be safe from retals.
It's pretty nasty, no one really likes it, but the little guys don't get together or stand up for themselves.

First, welcome to the US server
I will try and explain a bit. KoN has its own set of rules. We know them well because we were their closest ally for many years til Serry became paranoid and they jumped us with their former 4k member family + a few other allies of theirs. That was 2 years ago. Yes.. this has been a 2 year war lol. They now have somewhere around 400 members left (25-30 semi actives in this.. others will confirm and only 10 consistant hitters), and no remaining allies that are in the war.
To answer your highlighted question above:
They suffer from a seemingly incurable case of Hypocrisy. Its been an ailment of theirs for years.
Since you are an indy/independent alliance, they will do as they please to you, and tell you what is and isn't allowed to be done back to them. Reason being is most other alliances have allowed them to do so out of fear, therefore KoN thinks it is ok. They revel in telling people how indy alliances fear them. Just read their alliance descriptions from time to time. My personal favorite was from last year with them calling a "Server Lockdown" which restricted what alliances people were allowed to go and visit if they didn't have KoNs permission. (nope not kidding lol)
They try and bully and fearmonger with their few remaining ceo hitters, and dislike it when you tell them no or don't back down. They are predictable with their stages of how they handle you. First its bully, then comes threats... then the "just want to help you man" with a few attempts to recruit/make you promises possibly get Heart and Negan to throw you a few winks, and then it repeats itself back to the bully stage.

Would be interesting to hear other side of the story but from PM's in game not alot of love over these rules that are not followed but are enforced etc... Is what it is, as @Thriven (US1) said, GGE gave us a set of rules. I agree, they work well, why fk with them.

We have an alliance that declared on us, so we sent demons at them lol.
Once demons die, power points drop. PP ist a real indication of strength any more, get bonuses for berri glory etc etc. you can add 3-400k in PP with silly titles that you cant use because you have to event so hard to keep them.

I think real power in the game comes from being a good strategist, and just having fun with teammates. We laugh a lot in Misc... mostly when we make fun of @GB11 (US1) or @YesIlift (US1) (shhh don't tell them)
