Yes, tomorrow is Monday, at least in europe, which is when everyone comes into the GGS office, etc. I'm pretty sure the patchnotes should be coming out tomorrow, but if not, they'll be out on Tuesday, that is unless we change the plan to include something even more beneficial for you guys and galsoutlaw_always (US1) said:Not really. Nope, I'm not on the US server really, I have an account there... 'ang1243' but I am mainly a UK server Player.

As Graycat said, this won't be implemented in the next update.
Also, personally, I think that having a 4th outpost available for all level 70s, or it possible for all level 70s at least would be detrimental for the game, imagine if players were able to hold 3.5k more troops without even going into negative food? That is one massive army to send at an opponent, or 2 4 wave armies, but basically it would mean that people could store up more and more attackers to do more damage like we have seen in things like the alliance tournament.
Also, the construction yard idea wouldn't really work in this case, as it would need to be a permanent change made to allow the 4th outpost (hence why it couldn't be in the Hall of Legends either), just think how annoyed people would be if they accidentally removed the ability to have a 4th outpost, and so lost one, and which one would be lost? Would it be random?

After listening to your arguement, I agree. Most surprising thing though, a moderator answered.

if they added a 4th outpost we would be back to sqaure on a few months later begging for a 5th,while it makes sense to add more outposts with the amount of troops we can attack with and are required to hold to be an elite player
I would like to see more outposts be added i have seen to many people who have to play a lot of hours to feed thousands of troops and it really kills your personal life and i can attest to it the easier they make it to play the game and enjoy it the better. and most people forget this is just a game but really theres nothing wrong with more outposts it would bring excitement
dont forget this is a war game and if you get an outpost/rv taken its boo hoo nobody cares its sad but get strong or go home

4th OP Pros?
- Produce more tools
- Produce more troops
-Make more food/rss
- Get to finally use those extra event cast's sitting around?

- Another castle to spend loads of rubies on
- Not enough 8 food OPs on the map.
- Smaller groups would get annihilated and smashed for their 8 foods.
- Lots of people would quit because of this.
- People would inevitably request a 5th OP, as they would run into the same problems which prompted them to ask for a 4th. Which would make the negative consequences continually worse with each additional OP "unlocked".
Honestly, the only thing a 4th food OP would do is make it easier to passively feed armies. You can wack these constantly crappy Foreign Lord/Blood Crow castles for 30-40k food a hit, with under 100 losses with a good commander & imperials. Nomads/Samurai are even easier food. Not to mention the fact that you can just max some towers and fire off a few hits.
If an update is to be made, I honestly prefer @WiseDaniel (US1) 's idea of messing around with the metro's and adding those.
Also, slightly off topic..but... G.G.S., why not give Capital's the ability to produce Berserk troops & Spear women? Right now Capitals are a little more than over hyped paper weights.
