Weve fought all the top alliances at one. An independent alliance isnt a concern. We have Ops and dont need to steal themDeadly Tenebris (US1) said:I agree with you, Sadness, that it's in an alliance's best interest to adapt and choose the best winning strategy. I was mainly trying to explain Serry's description from my perspective.

In regards to respect, I think that TM respects others' non-involvement so long as it beneficial to them. If there was a really nice outpost next to them, belonging to some weak indy player whose retaliation would have no negative impact on them, would they take their OP? I think they would. Same with stealing RVs from indies to hit others in KON. I don't think THE MISC respects the fact that those alliances choose not to get involved so much as they recognize that it's in their best interest to avoid conflict with indy alliances to be perceived as the good guy.

Okay so you think Misc would take randoms ops but have no evidence to back it up at all? I could say the same thing about any other alliance then.Deadly Tenebris (US1) said:I agree with you, Sadness, that it's in an alliance's best interest to adapt and choose the best winning strategy. Basically just repeated everything I said, and elaborated a lil bit on second point.
The reason you even think at all that Misc are the good guys is because Kon is clearly the bad guy so naturally you think we're the opposite. Not really, when Morry saw Brassmonkey from BC boosting a couple ATs ago he hit him twice right away and wiped a ton of his troops.
I joined Misc because I was tired of Kon's BullSh** while being in an Indy. BigDogbwood's alliance hit's us and then when I hit back declares and tells me welcome to the server war. They do this chit all the time people are just to wusses to do anything about it.
Apple makes smartphones to make a profit, it then benefits everyone that buys a smartphone.
Kon are the bad guys and Misc are the good guys, maybe Misc is only warring kon out of self interest but you cannot deny that it benefits the entire server and because it does you can conclude that Misc are the good guys, just not the way you describe as avoiding conflicts with Indies just to be seen as the good guy.

So now Serry is challenging us to a Kickboxing match except instead of it being against each other, it's to beat as many Independent alliances as possible. I wonder how the indies feel.Deadly Tenebris (US1) said:I'll swing it back to the main topic by reposting my take on Serry's description, before I brought up TM's motives for not hitting indies.
Sorry I should have clarified. What I meant to say is, "You don't have the capacity to consistently defend against KON," which is why the fire-cast helps out so well. It allows you to not defend and suffer virtually zero consequences. This applies to everyone who uses it, of course, but I assume that it's more prominent in THE MISC than in KON. For the reason that you simply won't defend, KON won't get glory for the AT if you're they're only target. If Serry challenged you to hit others outside of the war, then this might be the reason. It gives a better understanding of who has a greater capacity to destroy troops and pull big numbers.
This is just another example of how Kon thinks whoever does better in events is winning the war lol. I didn't know hitting sams, nomads, and independent alliances means they're beating us but if it means we have 0 horns all day like it has been so far today, just makes winning the war easier.
Manatee pls respon

So the answer would be probably true and neither do they or anyone else in the game. You can purchase attackers much easier then you can purchase defenders. If your truly interested we can provide hundreds of popped gates and firecast from KON or just look at the battle report thread.Deadly Tenebris (US1) said:I'll swing it back to the main topic by reposting my take on Serry's description, before I brought up TM's motives for not hitting indies.

1. Why do you think Serry would challenge TM to hit outside the war? Because Serry knows he can't win the war. If I'm in the middle of a fistfight and my opponent suddenly challenges me to a game of tic-tac-toe, it's a good sign that I'm winning.
2. Why do you think the glory tournament shows "who has a greater capacity to destroy troops and pull big numbers?" I haven't participated in the glory tournament in years and I take out tons of KON troops. You just don't get much glory for taking out 30K offense. Your way of thinking is exactly why KON is losing-- they spend too much time and money trying to win meaningless events instead of fighting a war they started.

"TM dodges everything"
this is hilarious. Do you think KoN defends everything? I haven't seen KoN2 defend a hit properly in a month. Why do you think we only firecast and KoN defends everything?
Or is it only bad when TM firecasts and not bad when KoN does it?

So when I see an alliance pulling 10,000,000 glory points and then The Fight Team, for example...

How would you know this oh wise one?Deadly Tenebris (US1) said:KON's lifeline isn't a fire-castellan though LOL. THE MISC owes its survival to reduced fire damage and tool waste strategy: lose nothing, take everything--by LOSING A BATTLE (dumbest thing GGS allowed). I'm confident that if players couldn't lose on defense, suffer 0 consequences, and STILL break armorer tools, KON would thoroughly wipe the floor with THE MISC. Do you think all those attacks launched at indies couldn't have been launched at you? They could have, but KON knows the attacks will be met with opened gates and fire castellens.
