I'm actually dead serious. FU has at least a dozen or more non-buyers (ken.n, danielbannister, DHDF, ailbts, HidingFromYou, etc.). 

There are still base requirements (+500k PP, +300 hall, and highly active looter), but exceptions are sometimes made.

*Born again non ruby buyer here... Pretty obvious from my acct that I havent always been a non-spender lol. We do have a few that have never spent a dime though. Once you get to a certain level you really dont need to send anything anyways, just turns into a habit.

They don't have to spend anymore because they bought maxed out god commanders, thousands of ruby tools with their money years ago.
