For example, one player complained about buying tickets. He bought five tickets but was able to spin only once. I won 3 tickets, but I can't spin at all. My only option is to buy more tickets.
Then it dawned on me: it might take five tickets to spin once. But I can find nowhere in the game itself where it states how many tickets it takes for a spin.
So everyone is up in arms about what a major ripoff it is.
In the absence of any explanation, it is a ripoff. It seems clear you oversight is no accident.
And that's what really angers your customers.
Are there any clarifications that should be placed in the game itself, not this forum?

that screenshot shows part of the wheel of fortune display. on the bottom left, there is the number "0" under the tickets picture. that shows how many tickets you own. i used all my tickets, and therefore, have 0 tickets to use.
the the right of that is a red 3 and a red x. that shows how many tickets you need to spin the wheel. after you use your free spin, you need 3 tickets every time you spin the wheel. you mentioned a player that bought 5 tickets? well lets see.... 5-3=2. 2 does not = 3, therefore he can not spin the wheel for 3 tickets. and i know it takes 3 tickets to spin, because i have bought tickets before, and it took 3 tickets away each time
as for you winning 3 tickets but not being able to spin, i am not sure. you didnt give enough info, and honestly, unless i saw what you did, i can not tell you what you did wrong, or if its a glitch, or what.
there was no absence of explanation, just you not looking hard enough. there was no over sight (on GGEs part at least)
You say the 3 X means the number of tickets needed to spin.
I am uncertain. It's what we idiots do.

It should only take three tickets but like the CMs are telling us there are a lot of new glitches send this to technical support they might be able to help you.

as i already said, im not sure what went wrong, because i did not see what you did. but as i already explained, that red 3x is not how many you have. its possible you accidentally spun it again without realizing it, possible if you left your PC open and unlocked or gave out PW that someone else used it for you, possible you thought you won tickets but didnt really. unless we can get a play-byplay of everything that happened, we cant tell you what went wrongMorgrim X (US1) said:Being an idiot who just won 3 tickets, when I saw the red 3 X, I stupidly presumed that was the number of tickets I own, not the number of tickets needed to spin.

that red 3x is not how many you have.
If so, then the game does not show you how many you have. Also, if I buy more tickets, then that red 3x should not change.
I bought more. the red 3x is not black and the box to its left shows 5. So, you are right. I must have spun the wheel once after that.
Thank you for your help. You should be more careful when calling strangers idiots. The only way you can learn how it works is to play it. There was a time when game makers had instructions. Now developers falsely believe their user interface informs. This one doesn't.
in my first post... i said.... did you not.... just go back and read the first post where i said where it shows where your ticket count is, and what the red 3x was.Morgrim X (US1) said:that red 3x is not how many you have.If so, then the game does not show you how many you have. also, i only call people names when warranted. your legendary level 50+. and looking at your castles, your obviously no stranger to buying rubies. so... a person who clearly has spent a good amount of time in the game... does not know basic game info... just bad, or account sharing?
Even if she was Negan herself it doesn't mean you need to insult her. Its good she learned something new.furture (US1) said:in my first post... i said.... did you not.... just go back and read the first post where i said where it shows where your ticket count is, and what the red 3x was.Morgrim X (US1) said:that red 3x is not how many you have.If so, then the game does not show you how many you have.
