Not sure what you mean, but currently we aren't at war with them and don't plan to be.

For me, If i had power, yeah, I would challenge KON, but at my current state, that would never be successful, I don't have enough money/troops/or allies to so much as make a dent in KON, but I do intend to counter attack them in the forums, here, I can do as much damage as I want and know body can stop me!

that's true, but this is a "hypothetical" situation, so it doesn't really count  

also, you could technically "kick somebody out of this game if they were either a member of GGE staff, or a hacker. But then you could just start over with a new account, but you would have just delayed them, unless of course, you are a member of GGE staff, then I'm sure you could probably do some magic GGE voodoo or something.

I use my Dark Side powers for good, but technically, there is not "Good" there is just the opinions of the people in charge. I can work with the rebels and still use my Sith powers to take down the emperor, there is no specific way to use the light and dark sides of the force, there is just the intentions of the users themselves. There have been Sith that used their powers for the good of the Galaxy, Darth Caedus and Darth Revan did this. The chief difference between the Jedi and the Sith that isn't based off of the individual character is that the Sith aren't afraid to FEEL.

i am Darth Apoc, I don't petty myself with Correlian Freighters, I prefer the Imperial Model Sun Crusher, capable of destroying entire Solar Systems in a matter of hours.



Not to mention in has titanium plated armor, capable of flying through Star Cruisers without a scratch, it also has proton torpedo's and laser turrets.

sorry, no can do, the chances of surviving an attack on the Death Star in a Y-Wing are tremendously low due to it's bulky frame and bad maneuverability.
