And no, he is not my hitman. If I wanted to attack somebody, I would have done it myself.
Again, no evidence in where in the TOS does it say you can't be a hitman?
Also, I find it funny that you never made any angry comments, or tried to get a CM here until you were attacked. That's interesting.

@Cormyria Giving other players IN GAME items for attacking other players is not against the TOS, if it was, then the CMs wouldn't have made the guy who created the "Official bounty hunting thread" "User of the Month of April 2015". (this guy is on the UK server by the way)

How was it a mistake for him to attack you? It's a war game. People can attack whoever they want. Why would this thread be under review? Last I checked, nobody has done nothing wrong.
