A man sat on an altitudinous throne, of colors gold, red, white, and silver, swirled intricately to make a gorgeous design. The mans royal robes matched the throne, as well as the rest of the castle.
A man approaching the throne, as always gaped at the beautiful arches, and pillars that from angles merged together to form scenes of the past, of which were still trying to be found, carvings, statues, and complicated systems that spurt water through statues mouths and back into the drain were beautiful additions to the castle.
The man on the throne stared at the other.
They were startled out of their trance and remembering to kneel, he flopped to the floor in desperation to hope the man would forgive him. Amused, the man on the throne smiled ever so slightly.
"Status" he said.
"We believe we are close sir, we spotted many scout parties in one area".
"As soon as you find their location you shall report back as soon as possible so that we may stop them before they can fell the mighty empire I have forged".
"Lucis Surge shall be crushed Emperor, and their tyrannical terrorism with them".

Part 2
Mortis Imperium
Mortis Imperium
I heard the crunch of snow underneath my "shoes" as I walked around the mountain that was blocking me from my destination, The Fire Peaks. As I came across an particularly icy spot of the frozen tundra called The Great Glacier, Tenebris called from up ahead.
"Watch out there, you'll slip" he said. I rolled my eyes.
Tenebris was the great beast of the Prairie Lands, guardian dove, and scout of the great beasts, much like Fenrir, except Tenebris hid himself with the ability of vicissitude, so that no one may know of his scouting.
Tenebris had been watching me for a while now, ever since I attacked him in the Prairie Lands, which felt so long ago now, I had thought he would make a nice meal of poultry.
Of course I ignored Tenebris's warnings to avoid the ice, for I thought he was treating me like a child, and of course I ended up unconscious for an hour.
When I woke up Tenebris and I had some of his berries, Shadowberries they were called, named that for coming from the Shadowlands of which the great beasts originated, but many had insurge against Ophidian and flee here.
Tenebris was almost out of berries, and he could not get them while Ophidian was in the Shadowlands.
The berries had saved my life back at the ruined castle I had been tricked into going to, I had nearly died of starvation, and now I felt like I owed the berries something, in other words they were my favorite food, I thought they deserved that, and I was grateful to Tenebris, who had brought me the berries, and was now guiding me to The Fire Peaks.
I will be stopping to edit The Chrononaut for a while.
