So I was just looking around for some ops, for some of members.

lol, do you have mouse drag on?? that could be a portion of the problem.

I don't care much about the problem I just that it was sorta funny. lol 

Yeah, I'm thinking it's mouse drag, give me a second to test it out.

Ok, so I turned mouse drag on, and it made it drag all of the different in-game pointers except on the distance one that was shown in your screenshot.
