Has anyone signed on and seen a random guys wearing red pants standing in the middle of one of your parks ready a few pages of a book? He disappears after a few page flips. Here is a pretty low quality screenshot. http://prntscr.com/av7bl0

One of my Alliance members saw him today.  Just as you described, in the park for a few seconds flipping the pages of a book.  Then faded away.......

Except, WHAT kind of event would start with a guy checking out the parks?

A creepy guy in red pants hanging around the park.  

I am not sure I would be interested THAT kind of event......

As soon as I try to zoom in on him he starts to disappear! So unfair. I have tried to click before, and nothing happened, unfortunately. I have seen him about 3 times now and I can't find any consistency at all. I thought maybe researcher's camp or architect, but nope. I like to think the developers are trying to throw in funny little easter eggs, like the chess board at the top of the guard houses, and the skeleton in the hospital.

One of my alliance members reported seeing a man with a mustache and a blue shirt standing in the park, and clapping. He fades away after a few seconds of clapping.

I saw him yesterday or day before. Stood out in my OP but vanished before I could finished zooming in on him.

I was able to zoom in and get a better pic! http://prnt.sc/axon8d he does have a mustache, and no book. maybe he was clapping? or the book disappeared by the time i zoomed in.
