Is there a way to hide a thread completely from showing up when I click on the most recent discussions tab?

I'm not sure about others, but seeing the many "say a funny word!" threads and such with 183 pages gets annoying.

Not a big deal really, but if there's an option for that I'd like to know it.

It's not a function, that I know of.

It definitely would be nice to add though.

They should add a function to turn off notifications for a certain thread. It's annoying to login and see a lot of notifications from the Games section threads.

Might be because you posted on them?

There should be a little star next to the thread, in solid blue color or something.  Click on it and you won't get notified anymore for that thread.

Yeah, that's because I posted on them. That blue star is only for bookmarks, not for notifications.

Right.  You get notifications when someone posts in a thread which is bookmarked.
I was saying if you un-bookmark it, you won't get those notifications.

Obviously not helpful if it's a thread you want to keep bookmarked, but there's not many of those for me.

my threads are about the most pointless post count boosters you will ever see in your life.
