I ride like a mad son of a bitch on my snowmobile... just this last winter I realized there was a grinding noise coming from what seemed like it was underneath of me. The only time It wouldn't grind is if I accelerate slowly. Usually I punch it and kick up snow behind me but I can't anymore.
Is it a loose track, sprockets or maybe an old belt that needs to be replaced? If someone know's a thing or two about snowmobiles I would appreciate the help.

Probably something loose I would recommended just looking over the engine and tugging on the parts you think could be loose/broken. Also if it was broken last winter why are you asking now, and why the gge forums?

LOl what are you expecting asking on GGE about snowmobils? It reminded me of the time a ladies child drank bleach and she got on facebook and asked what to do instead of calling poison control....Imperial Lord (US1) said:Eh maybe ya'll know a little more than just a pointless game, lol. Hit it with a hammer, see if the grinding still happens, hit it again. *Rinse and repeate as many times as necessary*
