Topic: [54431] Who came up with the ideea to play this game by kodex?

I really want to know who came up with this bad ideea.
I played this game on pc 7-8 years ago when i do not thnk it was in place or idk because this is the first time I a playing on germany because my country doesn't have a dedicated server but the Kodex frustrates me so much . Ok i get it don;t random attack i can get taht but when I want to take an outpost from someone who is in ruins or a village and i am geting blocked by their alliance because why not they might came back .
Last time i played people were more chill about it and weren't such roleplayers who are geting so offended if i want to take something from someone in ruins . At least if you want to paly by the kodex put a rule if you are in ruins you are out of the alliance.
