Topic: [38885] 10% cost reduction on hospital upgrade broken.

On us2, today I upgraded a hospital, received the 10% cost reduction deal for hospitals, and upon trying to further upgrade another hospital, it just sits there on a loading screen.  Still loading after deal expires.
