As you can see from the picture the rubies is at 85,000. My question is simple, how long does it take for the price of rubies to decrease in value back to 50,000 ??

I have not seen that decrease but in outers. Maybe my level. Hopefully someone can answer you if it is possible. A lot of knowledge on this forum.
