Topic: [54878] I didn't receive gift package

Today i saw free gift package on special offers menu. There was 5 hours left to claim it. But when i tried to claim, it says "an error occured, please try again later". I wait a bit but it was still the same error. Then i restarted the game and wanted to try again but it was gone. I didn't get anything and i know it was a bug because there was 5 hours left to expire. Did the offer permanently gone ?
