Im in a war with other alliances..i have almost maxed castellan..the only thing i lack is PVP commander...so please suggest me...should i buy that 400k rubies relic comander??

Personally, I prefer to play the wheel of influence to build mine.  Using same stats sorta of buy one but not same location, you can actually build a stronger one.

Ohk..i spun 450 tickets..but mostly got NPC equips...:(
