I embeded ivory bishop gem into winter imp equipment.



I emailed good game team about this issue twice (my mistake), but there's no feedback yet.

As you know, ivory queen gem is unique so that I cant get it any more.

I asked return my gem or reset ivory queen quest(level8).

What am I supposed to do?

I’m afraid you will have to wait a little while before you get a response but you will get one! Support have a lot to catch up on after the Christmas holidays. So I’d say you will need to wait a few weeks I’m afraid. But they will get back to you. Patience is needed.

As you know, if I embed right gem into equipment, then ivory bishop gem disappears.

in this case, can I return ivory bishop?

I don’t know. I don’t know if support will even remove the wrong gem for you. I suggest waiting.

I've got reponse from support that they will return my gem. I really appriciate it and thank to Selene for kind concern.
