when you come online, you can choose from 3 things as a registration bonus, but with me it is always gray and can never choose. why?

Are you referring to the login bonus that pops? It includes Daily rewards, alliance rewards and a vip Bonus? yes, if you get that screen you will see 3 more things on the left and among those things a gray button "choose" that never turns green on me

you have to select a reward... And than press choose...
