in the spreadsheet, for level 38, the reward at step 5 in 60000 $. but actually somebody here said the reward is only 6000 $. so, which one is it? 6000$ or 60000$ ?
Maria, I think, its 60K only... Since every other is like that.
Level 27 gets a reward of 45K. I fyou notice the cash reward for task 5 is same as that of task 3.
Level 16
Task 2: Collect 160 Ink Wash paintings [it says 600 in the spreadsheet]
Reward: 10 XP & 6x Rice Seeds
Thanks Becky, i corrected it.

based of past events, there should be less origamis to find at lower levels! or give 180 XP to all of us
Maria, The possiblity of getting cranes varies from level to level... I am playing for small deco in one and large tea garden in other.
Both of them i started around the same time, now i am nearing the end for the small one whereas in the other its no way near half.
So i think the game is fair.

This event sucks - I've spent a day farming an apple and a cherry orchard and not got a single blossom!

is sowing wheat profitable for origami cranes?....i mean how many origami cranes can i have if i sow wheat?
Thanks.
Single wheat harvest can give a maximum of 8 cranes

Sorry for that zurtvortex... HAve you tried harvesting two or more in a row. I found the possiblity of getting collection is high when we harvest more in a row. And try to harvest apples in the middle.
Good luck to you.

ooh i see the point being made about the cranes. I have a level 34 farm and a level 73 both require 1,000 cranes, but the reward is reduced. Probably too late to change the discrepancy for this event, but perhaps when it runs again?

Sorry ZurtVortex, but if you'd seen the stats you would have seen that, ironically, cherries have a poor find rate for blossom compared to apples. I see that you're level 34 and have 1 L2 cherry and 1 L2 apple orchard you should be making so much money that you can afford to build temporary apple orchards and demolish the cherry orchard and reinstate it after event if you want to. Since happiness does not matter for the event, (it only matters for profitable farming) you could store some or all decorations to make space and build temporary L1 housing.

The 1000 cranes for all levels isn't a mistake. In Japanese culture the folding of 1000 origami cranes (called Senbazuru) is a monumental task, one that- once completed- is said to grant the person folding them a wish. As such folding a thousand cranes as a gift to someone who is sick is a powerful indication of ones desire to see them well.
One story that helped bring the Senbazuru into world-wide awareness is that of Sadako Sasaki, a 12 year old girl who developed radiation poisoning after the atomic bombing of Hiroshima. A friend inspired her to try to fold the Sembazuru, and she endeavored to do so before her death in 1955. As such the Senbazuru has also been tied to the world-wide peace effort.
So it makes sense that regardless of your level you'd be asked to gather a full 1000 crane Senbazuru, perhaps with a sliding scale of difficulty being more cranes dropping per action of lower level players.

It did in fact take me several hours less to find them all on my lower level farm, and others have reported similar results. However, that does not actually address the question of the different amounts of XP being awarded.
My personal take on the XP question is that it's modified according to how many XP it takes to go up a level. That 180 XP may look like a juicy prize from level 20, but when you realize that at level 55 it takes something over 5,000 XP to advance to the next level, it suddenly doesn't look so big anymore. I'm sure that if you consider 90 XP in comparison to the number of XP it takes to go up a level in that range, it won't look quite so insulting anymore.

How do you get 2 farms? i didn't know we could do that, or is it a higher level thing?

You can create one more farm in a different server. On the login page you will find a dropdown below. You can change the countries using the flag and in the dropdown you can select the server.

I don't see (yet) a pattern in where to find the cranes and at what amount. Fields, stables, mill etc will sometimes give cranes, most of the time they won't. After a few hours I collected only 80 cranes, that's insane, I will never reach 1000 cranes in time. Even without going to the bathroom or have lunch and dinner! Such a shame after all the levels before we managed to complete.

Yes i know that, but they both show the address as .com, that's what confused me.

The website address is same for all the servers. But it connects to the server based on the one you select in the first page.

Yeah I don't think I'm going to finish this event. It's the closest I've come so far but a couple of days of being ill have set me back so I haven't even finished task 5 yet!
