umm that is pretty good--about 100 per hour

If it starts to slow down--plant something else for a few rounds--like cabbage or wildflowers. I have the most luck returning to corn and chicken feed. More than 3 days left LOL.

I mix my fields up 2 corn,3 cabbage.vice verse lol.
I have 2 rice on the go now see what happens.
To speed things up 1 make 80 pig food from windmill instead of 120,But chick food in windmill is always 120 at once.
The reason for 80 pig food in windmill its about time just over an hour on Level 4 windmill.Just the way i do things lol.
2 rice 1 gives 30 the other zero lol,and thats level 5 and 4 fields.

you don't get blossoms with each harvest.

You also might consider adding another apple orchard & demolish a cherry orchard. The apples are ready quicker and lots less fertilizer required.

A tip especially for lower level players who may not have a lot of fertilizer, next time around. After you start your second cherry orchard don't harvest it until task number 4. And leave any apple orchards unharvested once you are close.

With cabbage i had no luck at all! Due to a co-op project, i had to sow lots of it but the origami yield was terrible !!! 3 origami in more than 20 field harvests !!! Totally random appearance of origami and no luck! So, just try which seed gives more, rotate crops and keep on going! Good luck to you all!

I had most success with Mill, Silo and Composter - in that order. Fields, animals and orchards produced very little, and often nothing at all, but I did get 15 each from 3 of 5 fields of roses and rice, but I may just have been lucky.

So if you're getting to the end of the pigs task it would be worth NOT harvesting your feed, humus or fertiliser until you have started the cranes task.

Normaly I use to get alot origami from my silo but today almost nothing:( Same for fields and animals. Mill and composter is the only one that I had any luck with today

I'm doing well. I have to head to work again soon but made good progress in the day and a half I've been on the last task so far. I think planning has a lot to do with it. And yes, luck as well. I had everything possible ready to harvest when the last task began so I got over 200 right away. It took me the rest of the time to get another 500 or so. Just stopping by to do stuff before bed, before work, and over night at times when I feel like it. Everything has give at least a few cranes except I don't remember any from the chickens and the nursery didn't give any but I don't think it ever does.? My silo hasn't given many times either. But, all in all, good progress so I'm happy. I'll just have to keep trying to be prepared for these things ahead of time so I can get to end relatively quickly and have enough time to get the last collection done.

I always try to plan ahead, so when I started this step I had 6 wheat fields, 3 apple orchards, 2 cherry, 4 cows, 4 chicken, 2 pigs, 8 of those from composter, 120 pigs feed, and 100 fertilzer. I dident even get 50 cranes on that

5 pig 5 chicken coop 3 apple 1 cherry 1 cow 1 mill 1 silo 5 fields all harvested together and not one single crane produced i have 174 after about 5-6 hours i am beginning to feel that the random drops in these events now are geared to persuade players to buy gold i think i will not take part in future events but just play my normal game and if i get rewarded then so be it

September 5: It is hell to supply the pig sty 29 times with only one pigsty. I have been at it all day and only have 10 supplys so far. I would build another pigsty but it takes 24 hours to build one. By that time, the event will be over. I am afraid that I will be hung up on this step and I won't get to finish. I am very disappointed.


I was wrong. I misread how long it takes to build a pigsty. My second pigsty is up and running. I have hope that I will finish this yet.

1 cherry 3 apples i not even get any cherry blossoms and then i need to wait other 3 hours to collect cherry blossoms ( i sit on chair over 15 hours only get 600 crane now my butt so painful next day i still continue sit on chair collect other 400 crane i feel take forever

Evelyn, are you sure you do not mean 24 MINUTES to build the pigsty? What level are you at that it takes 24 hours? Or do you mean you also need to include building/upgrading a house so you can use the pigsty?

It doesn't help for the current event, but GGS announced that this coming Monday's update includes a change to make the cranes drop faster and to adjust the placement. So next time around it should be better even for those of us who will have to collect twice as many.

In the meantime I'm just glad that I'm not merely on the cranes now, but actually halfway through them already. Spending the long weekend away from home, which limits me to an overheating laptop, ran me right out of chicken feed, so things got pretty dire during the cabbage and pig feed tasks!

If you can bring yourself to abuse your happiness further, I'd even advise building a third temporary sty. Those pigfeedings take purely forever; I swear I thought I was going to die of old age before my third farm finished!

I am glad that helped! I know even with three styes it seemed to take ages to complete that task, but that is because my job does not give me regular access to a computer so I was only able to focus on the task in the evenings. Good luck in finishing.

Hi Ahnaf.sameer ,

Make as much chicken feed as you can.They gives high amount of origami cranes in less time.Their drop rate is randomly. If you have rose seeds , Magic bean seeds or rice seeds. Sow them in the field and don't forget to use Humus. Rice seed , Magic bean seed and Rose seed gives you 15 Origami Cranes ( Randomly ). Cranes drops randomly.

Growing Corn is also a best way for collecting origami cranes.
