Hmm--Refresh browser? a few weeks ago there was issues with events not starting for everyone on certain servers. I don't like it when bad bugs return :-(

I just happened to be awake insanely early, so I think that it's the first time I've ever seen an event start !

I got it on www1 as soon as it started (6:00 CET) hope you can see it now, if not the only other thing to try is to clear the Flash cache.

I can see the asian event on both farms now.
But what annoys me al lot more is that I could wave goodbye to Steve just a few seconds ago - when I left the pc 20 min ago he was not there.
How could I miss him....?

Steve is the architect that allows us to upgrade buildings etc. to the highest level on the main farm.
He's not around very often

Steve is the architect. He comes to the farm in his van and while he is there, you can upgrade a building to the maximum level.

Steve came RIGHT after I bought land on all three farms. So too broke to do much else other than upgrade a few houses. (Always needed.)
Over night he was gone.
So fine. I got a few houses upgraded.
Well.... all of a sudden, today, during this event, he's back. DAMN IT! Now I have OTHER upgrades going on and can't put him to use. Even if I HAD the money.
I'd invest a little gold and speed up what I have going except that until the admins of this game put in some form of safeguard so gold is not spent on accident, I'm simply not putting more into it.
I hope Steve hangs around for awhile this time. At the very least I can do a few more houses.
Chicken coops and field upgrades will have to wait. grrr.

Have I just never seen an inkwash chicken before, or is that a new design? I'm also seeing a lot more cows and pigs than I used to; those used to be scarce as hen's teeth!
If you're working on the gourmet or flower farm, there's no way to tell when he shows up; you won't see anything until you go back to the main farm.
Pro tip: Assume Steve will be available off and on (there are usually 2 or 3 visits of 4 to 5 hours) for approximately 24 hours after the first sighting; don't start building anything else until the next day, unless you need it more than a Steve level.

I was working on my main farm and only saw him leaving.
But no worry - was prepared when he returned some hours later og got 2 buildings opgraded.
I had noticed earlier, that he often returned several times within a day or so.
