I think so, even though I do not have an outpost. You press Throne Room on the bottom right and you can abandon your outpost.

Well, i dont fink i hav posted this b4......
Well, i captured an outpost and wen i saw it on the map it was the same one i had b4...
and i looked everywhere but i couldnt find a "leave the outpost" button so....
i dont really want the same as my first one
so the outpost above me the one i dont want.....erm i dunno what to do....
help?

Hi,
you need to visit the outpost, go to admin and select surrender the outpost option. you will loose the outpost after certain period.

i am still wanting to know what happens if the attacker has a free castllan: Do the buildings stay or does he have to start from scratch. I still see lots of outpost with no towers and high level production--i am so confused about why no one is defending them if the attacker can move right in and use the nice tools against you when they take it over.

if you capture an out post off another player then yes everything that the player has built stay in the out post. But as far as I know if you abandon a out post everything goes back to the default out post

a player in my Alliance has captured somebodies out post so that is how I know. If you capture an out post it stays the same as before you captured it.
So protect your out posts because monica wants them

I am on the lookout hehe. I want a shiny food/small stone with a bakery on it. A couple ruby decos would be nice, but not required. Seriously--anything worth keeping is worth defending. I would much rather send someone resource to upgrade their defense than to send my army to go recapture it.

I sent a castellan and some troops to an outpost, they arrived and I have got no further messages and my castallen is back does this mean my 'capture' failed?

if you can not use the out post in the same why you use your castle then yes you failed

Hello I was wondering something. If I would decide to abandon my outpost do I get some resources back from it or do I have to destroy every building and send those resources to my main castle? Anyone have an idea about this? Open for suggestions .

I have a question about the outposts:
If someone has an outpost and they surrender it to take another players outpost to completely destroy it and then abandon it? Is there a time period. The goal is truly to destroy the outpost and make them start on the outpost all over.

if you capture a out post from another player you must hold it for 24hrs before it becomes yours and then you have to own it a week before you can abandon it

Is an outpost just conquered is vulnerable for other players to attack from minute one
or is there a grace period?
