well the resource villages keep killing my soldiers and i cant build the small tents for more soldiers because i keep losing most of my soldiers

well the resource villages keep killing my soldiers and i cant build the small tents for more soldiers because i keep losing most of my soldiers
make sure you don't let morale fall below 100% you will just be making this that much harder. send some loot bags guys. these villages give the same rewards constantly. you just need to be able to haul them back after the win.
as for the rewards: quit complaining. So the rubies may not be worth as much time as you spent. You get some where in the range of 500-1k rubies in all in this event. Therefore you probably shouldn't spend rubies on it should you?
The soldiers are also a reward for this event. They are incredibly strong and totally worth it. some of the end soldiers are crap but hey are they still worth it for all the soldiers you lost probably unless all you have is veterans.
you can also take any resources left back to the main camp. this should help quite a bit if you need a resource boost. if you decided to send over some resources you probably won't make up what you sent over but other than that it will be fairly nice.

The Thorn King is a real dissapointment. I spent the rubbies, bought the stuff and sent the troops. However, when I attack my men don't stand a chance. I feel cheated. I want my money back.

The soldiers aren't even stronger then the traveling knights! The travelers are more powerful and MUCH easier to get....and "fairly nice" doesn't cut it at all...

I perhaps do wrong, but i haven't attack my third castle yet, i only attack small and semi-small resource villages, and build up my army. I coming to go slow and be stronger and stronger with every castle i attack, when my army survive to attack all resource villages, i coming to attack next castle.

i don't really like the thorn king thing because you already have many other things to worry about like ice castle, sand castle, and fire castle and main castle, it just a waste of making another world

Hey Klieth,
Absolutely not! Of course the donation at the beginning is very big but since we wanted to make the game possible for almost every level, you should not send resources into the event but you should gain them in there!
So instead of sending resources, just send more troops and attack the little villages

I'm a fan of the event, I think it was a great idea. But I'm sorry, I have to disagree with you completely. For smaller empires this would be a near impossible task. Given a few months they could probably manage it, but not without sacrificing a lot in their home castle.
I can afford to transport 2 handed swords and heavy xbows to sacrifice there without really caring. I lose some in battles, I send more...not a big deal. But for lower levels losing macemen and crossbows is a big deal.
