Look, what if your friend goes to vacation for a month and is afraid of his acount to got to ruins can I take care of it including building troops and stuff without being banned? Also he says he wants for me to finish the thorn king for him.

I think it's again the rules to share accounts or "account sit" please ask a CM or Mod before doing so.

It is against the rules. 1 account per person. No going online to collect taxes. No recruiting troops. Not even if the player is on holiday.

Silly that a friend can't help... It's like you are locked to the game...

Morning folks,

Account sharing, even if someone is on holiday, is a bannable offence. You are not allowed to access someone elses account even with their permission. If you are currently sharing or using someone elses account you should stop doing so immediately if you do not wish to be banned.

Malreyn.

It is not "silly". Every MMORPG I have ever played or heard about has exact the same rule - no-one other than you is allowed to touch your account. Otherwise I would team up with an Australian player so we could be online 24/7. You are not locked to the game. You are welcome to leave the game for a month to go on holiday. But having a friend help you on your account is like Usain Bolt asking a friend to qualify in the 100m for him.

a lot of games have 'multi account rules' however i dont think its against the rules by just checking it but if you used the account to attack people or defend your castles then thats unfair and you could be banned. but otherwise no and as you've said it aloud and your not banned it must be fine. :D

If another player goes onto your account and does ANYTHING - collecting taxes, recruiting troops, attacking people, building a dwelling etc., it is cheating. No "ifs", no "buts", no excuses.

Seriously guys, password sharing is not okay. Even logging in just to look at someones account is against the rules. Please do not share your account details with anyone.

I tried to vote for ggame empire in cologne, europe awards, but website crashed& this is one reason I probably wont try again& that we cant share combat reports via the game, which contributes lead to rumours& bad feeling, sharing good words on message can also be tricky, non rude words in a good context.
On sharing accounts, What if I have to go to hospital for again for a longer period?,is there discrection from mods or ggame support?. Some other games allow sharing, in real war, generals share responsibility.A compromise would be only the leader should be allowed to do it, other games do allow it, best wishes, John, honourary trustee ancient order of foresters, nottingham ps if you dont comply I will release my bunny rabbit from gaurd duty of the holy grail;)

But when you are going on holiday how are you then meant to protect you castle?
Without spending a ton of rubys on protection.

[1372963] J.I. Joe2 [None] :: Aug. 7, 2012, 4:46 p.m.
Quick question: Since we all know players can buy up to 2 months of protection, if such a player is level 40 (which personally seems about average between the high players and low players currently). Say that player left for the army or really went on vacation for an amount of 45 days, the player would still go into ruins. Nowhere have I heard that Protection protects you from going into ruins. It simply protects you from attacks.
Am I getting the info wrong?

Get your alliance mates to send support troops and make sure you have plenty of defenders. RBC attacks only start when you are online, so you should be safe from them. Remember that lots of other people are on holiday at this time of year so they won't be attacking you either.

That was the Awards website, not ours so unfortunately we have no control over that at all.

You can share combat reports with your alliance members!

The simple fact is that account sharing is not allowed under any circumstances. The protection mode does exist and will stop your account going to ruins. You may make the assumption that other games allow it, but I am certain not aware of any. If you read the terms and conditions you'll probabyl find a clause that says you are not allowed to.

Hello benjadahl,

You're castle will remain there for a number of days (your current level +1 day). After that time you risk losing it. If you do not wish to purchase protection then its just something you have to risk i'm afriad.

Actually you are wrong on that one. When you go to purchase the item in game it does state "Your castle will not be reduced to rubble during the same period".

The whole reason for protection mode is to protect the castle while you are unable to access it.

I don't understand. Once I saw a player go into protection, he told me he bought it with rubies, and after he did the attack button on the map screen said I could not attack him for xx number of hours. That says to me protection keeps someone from attacking you.
And if someone does not purchase protection, does his main castle disappear, never to be accessible again? We have a player whose castle is in ruins but his outposts are still here. How can someone recover from that case?
