if you send soldiers, then you cant. if you get soldiers as a reward, and you are still over the limit, then you keep those soldiers but you cant send any more.

Is there any correlation between cost of building and cost of repair time after being set on fire? For instance, if I have a level 1 dwelling (10 stone and 20 wood), and it is set on fire with the damage at 10%, will I have to pay 1 stone and 2 wood (10% of the original cost)? If the answer is yes, then for higher level buildings, do you pay a certain percentage of all the costs to build and upgrade, just the upgrade or something else?
Also, I recall that you obtained an exact amount of resources from rubble that did not change based on buildings. What was that number?

You need to get more glory to get new titles. To check glory, go to the rankings menu in the bottom left corner and click the blue flag, "glory".

Question about alliances. I started an alliance, the Knights of NE, (I am an alliance unto myself, at this point. Anyhoo) If the alliance members (i.e. me) contribute to the coffers of the alliance, and then someone in the alliance, (i.e. me) needs those resources, how does the Leader of the Alliance (again, me) distribute the funds to needy members (like me)?
I don't really need what I've put back so far, I'm just playing around trying to figure out how it all works.

Once you donate resources you cant get them back any way at all and no one can get it back even if they quit the alliance or leave but you have to be careful how much you donate because you ain't going to get it back

So what's the point of having an alliance treasury?
Never mind. I just figured it out. Alliance funds go to increasing various traits of the alliance.
For example, If I want to spend 400 wood, 350 stone, 350 coin, and 875 rubies, I can increase my alliance membership to 7.
