Not sure about the fleet.

It's the double tower, and 4 times.

Click on you castle, open managment on right hand side, a list will appear. click and wait 24 hours :)

:) If you mean what I think you mean here is the answer:
Click on setting up the top right, a list down the left side should appear, then you find my settings and find edit avatar! Then you either enter a URL or upload a picture! Done! :)

how do you increase the the number of pacts your alliance can have? I have 5pacts inthe the alliance but I want to increase the number of pacts to increase the number of alliance to partner with.

Make sure you are attacking other players not robber barons.

You cant increase the number of pacts.

You win honor if you attack others and win. Make sure you attack others that are your level or higher and have honor that is high so you can gain more honor if you are a victor.

So, you can gain honor when you attack other players and vice-versa.

You can't. Those funds are for the bonuses you get from an alliance, such as travel speed.
