how do you play in a different world other than the one you start in?

You have to unlock them first. Here are the worlds and levels to unlock them at:

Everwinter Glacier, available lvl 25.
The Burning Sands, available lvl 40.
Fire peaks, available lvl 50.

Yes, I do understand how public order and dwellings work. I just hadnt realised that the - was representing that effect.
And as for Famouszack, he wasnt right before when I disagreed with him, since then he has edited his post.

Once the research is done recruit them from the barracks.

Having trouble getting Credit for the 'King of Robber Barons' Event, labeled as "Spy's camp" outside the castle walls on the Castle view. I complete it, but don't get credit for it in Achievements. The Description of the event says that it's the rising of a new Robber Baron King, so I should be crushing all candidates. But I did skip the Event one time to see what would happen, and I didn't notice anything happen. Looking for some answers, since the Event Description and the Achievement Requirements don't add up, and I'm still at 0 after completing the event about 5 times.

If you are absolutely sure you attacked and defeated the the castle, with proof and you are not getting it counted in the achievements, email support: http://support.goodgamestudios.com/

how do you obtain the melee bonus on the wall, i have tried everything , changed my cast, put all mellee attack on the wall..I am stumped.??

The only way to increase melee strength is to use melee castellen equipment. Or, lime powder bombs an extremely rare tool from the nomad invasion event.

Look it just isnt possible to do it apart from castellen bonuses and lime powder bombs (Extremely rare)
Tools show up on espionages.
