Go to outpost. Clixk economy (brown crate) and go to management. Go to abandon outpost. Wait 24 hours.

Yes, but to past it you have to open up a clipboard or something and hold control + V.

You can use microsoft word to paste it. If you want to crop there is a cropping option in microsoft word

Unless you are a level 70 who has spent about £100 on the game and is in an alliance with 65 members of level 60-70 ruby buyers, forget it.
