? If you mean certain unique equipment like the nomad equipment and the blade coast and thorn king equipment yes. If not, no. So far, putting together legendary equipment does not give any bonus.

if you are at war with an alliance, will the higher level members in your alliance be able to attack without losing honor if their target is a lower level???

You can build an estate under military in the construction menu

Depends on just how low a level they are and also on the honour difference.

hi: can a new member join the alliance (take rubies from alliance-funds....) and then leave the alliance...if so!! what can be done about players that steal?

It is impossible for anyone to take anything out of the funds unless they are buying an alliance upgrade.

People will only see your Profile Picture if they visit your profile. The image you're seeing on other posts, a red and black shield in my case, is the Avatar of the poster
Like your Profile Picture and Signature, you can upload an Avatar from the Settings menu. Hope it helps!
