The equipment used by the castellan of the host will give the bonuses to your troops when they fight, not your commander equipment bonuses (Your troops will still travel faster because of the speed bonus if you have any).

You can get look equipment in certain events or offers, but it only gives an aesthetic "Bonus" of making your troops, for example, look different and can only be used for a limited amount of time.
Are you completely sure your outpost isn't getting sabotaged or you are losing attacks in it?

If you meant "complaining" to the game's support team because of that, I am sorry to tell you that it is perfectly allowed and within the game rules to do that. If they insulted or said real-life threats to you, then you can send a ticket to support with evidence (http://support.goodgamestudios.com)
You can ask help in the forums or in your alliance or server for help if you need it. Or sometimes asking the alliance leader or the leader of their main alliance (in case it's a sub alliance) why they do that may help.

The reason the attacked me like that, 30 times in 3 days, and that was just my main castle about another 10 times my castle in the north, was because I am not in an alliance. I have played this game before and dont like alliances because they do tend to "beat up on the little guy". Most are affraid to fight alliances that are as big as they are. So I am trying to play this time without joining one at all. But the play of Blaatand M-K-L acting like a bully would make most players want to quit.

I'm sorry, but joining an alliance is an essential part of gameplay. It is difficult to survive without one.

It's when you capture someone's outpost I believe. Then there is rubble that must be demolished. I believe some buildings in the process also get destroyed.

Correct, but there is also another way. If you get attacked by a commander that has destroying on it (doesn't matter if they win or lose) then you might have a building destroyed.

Assuming you captured a player outpost, you need to wait at least 24 hours, if it was an empty outpost you can send resources from it by building a marketplace and sending resources from the moment the attack was successful, and you can send resources to it from another castle at any moment.

You could do that, but the outposts won't move and it will take a lot longer to transfer resources between your ouposts and castle. You can just talk it out with the alliance or abandon your outpost and move.
