You cant move it, but it can be abandoned.
Go to the OP, click economy. Then click management, there will be an option to abandon it. It will take 24 hours. Once that time is up you can get a new one.

A castellen is the person that acts as a commander for your castle. You can get them by upgrading a building called an estate. They allow you to capture outposts.

Attack at the flanks. Make sure to take down your enemy's wall bonuses at the flanks.
The soldiers at the gate will continue to the courtyard. Also, make sure you send enough soldiers to counter those flanks with the least possible losses.

This thread really needs cleaning up!!! ALOT of questions are repeated. I have read 50 pages..& haven't come across answers I am after (I'm sure someone would have asked but is not easy to find!!), so bear with me while I ask again!! :-)
1. When I attack castles what does it take for them to be destroyed?
2. How do I sabotage? Am yet to be able to do so.

1. They are never destroyed/ruined, you may destroy buildings by having a commander with equipment that destroy buildings and burn them with attacks or sabotage(s) but otherwise is not possible to destroy them.
2. When spying there is a little tab (option) to select a sabotage mission.

You can't destroy a castle. Some Commanders have a percentage chance to destroy a building, but other than starting fires, that's it.
To sabotage, click on a castle (for example), then on the Spy icon at the bottom of the little circle of icons that pops up. Then, in the upper left part of the "square" that appears for Espionage, there's a "torch" icon to click on for sabotage.

Strongholds are used to protect troops from death when you are getting attacked, when you select the troops you want to hide, they will stay in the stronghold protected.
Honestly it costs a lot to upgrade and currently do not have a demolish button and can only protect a maximum of 100 troops (and the last 4 out of 5 levels cost rubies).

How do the honour rewards work? For example, are you better off finishing, say, top 3 in one level bracket or top 30 in the next bracket up?

well.it depends what level you are. some units have bigger gaps than others
