They pop up ever so slowly. Look around the edge of the map (where all the rvs and castles stop) that is where they spawn, be prepared for that to happen by having fast soldiers so that you can quickly take the rv before anyone else.

As far as I know, I think it only applies to nomads and other players.

hello smart dude. what should i do to increase my espionage result?? i've been upgrade three taverns to level 3 each, but my espionage accuracy still stuck in 75%. When i look to my other alliance member espionage result, whom the level is below me, but his accuracy can be 100% (for your information, i'm at level 40 and my member at level 15). i've been tried to upgrade my castle, towers, decorations, anything, as long as i can, but the result is still the same. Do you know why?? i'll be glad if you can give me an answer, though just a single clue. Help meeee T_T. Thanks

Hmmm... Weird! It may be a glitch or bug but when you espionage someone you know where you can change the number of spies being sent, from which castle they are being sent and stuff, you can also change the accuracy, depending on the number of spies and the number of city guards the player has it is either red, green or orange, green would mean its a safe try and not likely to be caught. Orange would mean risky and red, not safe - most likely to be caught. You can move the wooden nob up or down to increase or decrease the accuracy.

I started playing the game on 8/9/13. when I loged on on 18/10/13 I was in a new world and have to start from the beginning. How do I get back to my original game.
I have contacted support but they did not get back to me.

it depends, if you hadn't logged on in between the two dates then your account probably got removed because of inactivity.

I have a player in the vicinity of my castle that is an experience level 29. His main castle has all buildings that are available to level 29 players and below but his outpost is filled with the highest level of every building. How is this possible?

Because he was probably given (Or he could have taken from an inactive player) an OP from a high level player

He can just steal it, maybe the high level was inactive, or was his friend.
It is perfectly possible and many people have done it before.

You can capture other player's OPs the same way you would capture an unoccupied OP, but when taking one from another player, you need your soldiers to occupy that OP for 24 hours.

If they are inactive, then they won't be able to defend themselves since they're not playing anymore, so you just launch a capture attack and wait for your soldiers to do all the work.

To move your castle, click on economy (the box icon down the bottom) and then click on manegment, then you can both move your castle or change the name of it. Note: Moving a second time costs 5000 rubies so be careful! Changing your castles name costs 2500 rubies.
