you can only sabotage players.. not RBCs

It is a King's Tower. They are used to give players an attacking bonus against Trade Metropolises or Capitals.

You can only recruit them from the barracks if you or your alliance owns a capital in EW

It is a Royal Tower. They are used for capturing capital cities and metropolises. If you are not in a large alliance, don't worry about these.

You need to build a tavern.
They can be found in the military tab in the construction menu.

It only comes a few times a month. You use it to upgrade some buildings to their final 'form'(upgrade).

I have a question I haven't been able to find the answer to in the forums. The thieves that sometimes appear in the castle keep... is there any benefit to executing them? I thought it might increase public order, but didn't notice any change.

You get coins. Don't release them. There is no benefit.

I'm trying to write a letter to all my alliance members. When I try to send it, it's telling me "you are not allowed to use bad words". But, it's not identifying the word that is being flagged as bad. I've read over my letter a dozen times. There are no bad words in it. LOL
Any thoughts or suggestions?

Problem solved. It was flagging the word 'skills' as being 'kills'.
