You should make the most of the protection that you're given. Use all the time to build up your castle and defenses, so if someone does try to attack you, you'll be able to defend yourself against it.

thanks but i would like to know how many troops is enough to protect and i should upgrade my castle as much as i can with given protection from other players time?:S

The number of soldiers is up to you, some people like more attackers, others like more defenders, and yes, you should try to do as much as you can before your protection is gone, otherwise, like you said, you'll be free food for some people.

Heck yes - best place to get resources is from other players.

Hi, what's with the researcher at my gate right now?
How does that work?
I tried clicking on it because it says the researcher "allows me to do research" (really????) but it doesn't offer me anything different than what I always have in my research tower. So what's the use??? It's not even like you get a discount on the goods you need, or on the time it will take. It doesn't show anything special or extra.
So, what does the researcher do and how do I get him to do it?

Adamouization, you can't.
The only thing you can do, is log into their account and purchase rubies for them, but you cannot send or donate them to another player, only to the alliance vault.

It all depends when you want to add the rubies. I usually wait for an offer. Sometimes you have an offer which only lasts for a short period, other times, there's an offer for a day. You have to be patient sometimes.

Look around the edge of the map if you want to find newly spawned ones, or you could look for inactives that might have some.

It is the exact same as the Architect, but he works with the Research Tower rather than upgrading your buildings - You need him to research certain things.

Also check around new players, every time someone joins EW a few show up around him/her, have some fast units ready and a commander with travel speed armor so if you find one you can get to it quickly. Wolf hounds are the best for this.
