So? I mean that it applies to lower levels, usually less than level 30.

Yes, when you click on "send attack" the horse choices pop up, to the bottom right is a little drop down bar, you can chose what to focus on there. It is unlocked a certain level however so you may not have it yet.

If a player does not play the game for a certain period of time then there castle will go to ruin, if they still do not come back, the account will be deleted.

How can I buy food so I don't lose my troops? I have as much producing as I can at the moment. I'm willing to pay or trade, but need a quick fix.

You can buy food unless the merchant tent is in front of your castle, or if the resource trader shows up you can trade for food. Otherwise, try asking your alliance (if you have one) for food.

Adding to that, you can also loot food from other castles, or RBCs.

ok so ....
go on the king market (the bag of rubies )
then click on where it say relocate main castle & you should be able to relocate it into a free space...
