At the bottom left, is a panel it contains 4 main buttons. Click the one that has two hands shaking (a green and red hand). When you click that, a window should pop up with 2 buttons. Click on the button to the right.

They should be automatically transferred unless there was a recent update. Tell support and they should refund your money or get them to you. (You will need proof)

Go to the Kings Market and click on other. You should see on the second page there should be a suitcase icon that says relocate your main, click on that. If it isn't there, it should be somewhere in the kings market.

Me and my friend want to attack someone. Is there any way we can attack same time/in same battle? Or does our troops attack same time if we time our attack correctly?

You can not join your forces into one big army but you can mass attack. If you time it correctly your attacks can come within a minute of each other, possibly even closer together.

No, it isn't.
If you are able to move your castle, then everyone would be moving to the edge of the map to get RVs, then alliances will just move closer together, so it would be even harder to attack.

shady lady has targeted a member of my alliance the DoA-2. he has been attacked by several players all because the system said so. We have mounted joint attacks against most of these players but it is getting old
He cannot rebuild and is on the verge of quiting the game. How do you stop the shady lady from targeting this one player over and over again at least 10 attacks in the last 2 days. I do not know how many people ignored her like I do. Can anyone tell me how to stop the system from targeting a player so often

You can't. You can tell the players around you not to attack him, but there is now way to stop him from being targeted.

Yeah it stinks right, especially if it is an Allie. If you want you can get a new target for 30 rubies (Hopefully within your level).

I've been looking through the forum and haven't see this question answered. I'm still pretty new to this and I've only mainly been working on RBC's and farming other players who were already on fire, so I haven't had to deal with this myself yet.
Question #1. Say for instance I was attacking a players flank that has 10 archers and 10 spearmen, 2 tool slots with 10 tools per slot (10 rocks and 10 flaming arrows) along with standard wall bonuses and I can send 3 waves of attacks. Do I have to counter 1 rock and 1 flaming arrow each attack wave on that front, along with the wall bonus, or do I have to counter all the tools on the first attack wave? I guess what I don't really understand is how defensive tools get used up (all at once on the first wave, or singly over each subsequent wave of attacks). And as an attacker; what I need to counter, tool wise, depending on how many tools they have in the slots.

You will need to send your tools on each wave to counter the defenses of whoever you are attacking, but if on wave 1 you kill all the soldiers, your tools on waves 2 and 3 won't be used, so they'll just end up returning to your castle if you win the battle.
The defense tools are done slightly differently. Only 1 defense tool from each slot will be used per wave of attack.
If you see someone using throwing rocks, you will need to send an extra 3 ladders to counter the defense bonus they get from them on top of the ladders that you would normally send to counter the wall protection that is already there, the same goes with the gate and moat, you will need to be sending in extra tools to reduce as many of the defenders' bonuses to 0%.
You will also be able to use manlets which will reduce the strength of ranged defenders, so if you see a lot of ranged defenders on the wall, then you will know that manets are the best approach for attacking them.

If there are no soldiers to use the tools, then you won't need to send tools with your soldiers, but it would be a good idea if you do send tools with them, because the person you're attacking might change his defenses around and end up with soldiers on the flanks that you didn't use tools on.
