It is perfectly fair, within the rules and even ethical to attack outposts. If the defender doesn't want to lose battles at their outpost, they should put a decent defense there.

Even food outposts can have 2x+ the amount of soldiers a main castle have, attacking outposts is perfectly acceptable, and in fact it is more difficult to attack an outpost most of the time.

Well...

When you're a decent level and attacking people your own size, outposts are often as strong as, if not stronger than, main castles. But when you're a low level, and when you're attacking low levels, outposts are generally a lot weaker. That doesn't mean you can't defend them - you should always try to, but they're generally easier to defeat.

If your alliance tells you not to attack an outpost because it's unfair to the defender, chances are, it's a small, low leveled, weak alliance.

When I was a lower level I took care of my outposts too, some players are just lazy. My Food outpost was better than my main when I reached level 15.
Regardless of the level you have to take care of your outposts, and it's acceptable to attack them. If you can't defend it, then they can't complain.

I think that's the thing we both agree on.

Most players don't take care of their outposts. I know I'm not taking particularly well care of mine (although I make sure they're well defended), but then again, I'm focusing more on getting back to level 56 than anything else. I figure that I'll have time to focus on equipment, RBCs, achievements etc. when I'm doing research that takes weeks.

I am fairly new level 17 I was doing fine in attacking but now everything I do I am defeated How should I use my defenders and attackers so confused now Thanks any suggestions would be greatly appreciated

Get the strongest defender you can and make sure you have even amounts so someone can't destroy all your guys as easily. Same with attackers so that you can attack anything your enemy has.

thanks for this topic, My question is that i thought I saw somewhere that you can have your army not defend, thus not die defending your castle. Is this true and if so where do i do it at?

Thanks

It seems like I can only move my castle to the ruins of someone elses castle and not to a fresh spot on the world map. Is this true or am I missing something about how to move my castle? There is a specificspot on the world map I want to have my castle in, but no nearby ruins. Is there way for me to go there other than just building outposts in that spot? is there a way to convert an outpost into my primary castle?

If you want, you can move your troops if you see an incoming attack. You will lose more loot, get more fires, earn less glory and stand no chance of winning the attack, but you will save your army. There's no official rule about it - it's just a tactic some people use if they see an attack they don't stand a chance of surviving.

[1520466] Lord Grump [None] :: March 27, 2013, 4:27 a.m.
No, you get a message every time someone else sends you resources (not when you send someone else resources though), but there's no tracking like you described.

Well, there ought to be. ty

You can move your soldiers away or open your gates (which is in the King's Market)

There are places where there are no ruins that you can move to, and you will see them if you go to the option of moving your castle in the King's Market. If you want to move somewhere where there are ruins, you have to wait until the ruins are gone to move there.

When you win an attack your soldiers automatically take resources (loot) from the castle you won against.
Do quests.

Klopt het dat als je kasteel meerdere keren achter elkaar aangevallen is, het zwakker is in de verdediging, ondanks het feit dat er genoeg verdediging staat ?

Zo ja, waar kan ik dat zien ?

Go to the kings market look for the move castle button then choose an open castle space to move to.
