Yes you can station soldiers to and from a village just like castles (but you must leave at least 1 soldier in a village at all time or it will be abandoned and become unoccupied).

Click on your castle in that kingdom (or another RV) and click station, then select the village you want to send soldiers from in the menu that appears. Any soldiers you select will then be sent from the village.

What would you recommend to keep as a defense in RV?

Most people have only 1 soldier in RVs, you can't really get enough food to keep an effective defence in all of them. But as you don't have very many yet, you might be able to keep more there, but to be honest it would probably be better to use that food defending our everwinter castle rather than RVs.

A general cannot overthrow a leader.

Good thing to ask this!
So many people have come onto the forum complaining about how they queue and GGS ripped them off and they ripped them off, and want a refund.

I am currently level 31 and I decided at level 25 to wait for a while to join Everwinter Glacier. I was going through all of my quests, and I got to the "Join Everwinter Glacier" one and it said that I would get 200 XP points for completing the quest, but I distinctly remember that it used to say that I would get 250 XP points for completing it. Does anyone know why this happened? Does it have something to do with the recent update?
Also, I am not a ruby buyer and I hav saved up enough rubies to buy a drill ground. Should I get the drill ground, or keep saving for a level 2 bakery (I already have a level 1 bakery)? Or, should I do something else?
Thank you.
