what are research towers for

They are used to unlock a lot of different bonuses, Increased food production or recruitment speed, even better units to recruit for example.

Nice to read - But are you sure about the outdoor Troops and/or spy-spies ?
Sorry - for this extra question upon your answer. Most games I played lost the "being outdoor items" when moving their "home".

Indeed forgot to quote = Former question = when you move your castle do you lose any of the stuff in it?
Former answer = No.But once you start moving your castle, you can't sop it

No idea why as they weren't in battle.
Did you have a look Into the info-box (desertion-report) to find on the Castle-view - under, left side ?

I am currently level 31 and I decided at level 25 to wait for a while to join Everwinter Glacier. I was going through all of my quests, and I got to the "Join Everwinter Glacier" one and it said that I would get 200 XP points for completing the quest, but I distinctly remember that it used to say that I would get 250 XP points for completing it. Does anyone know why this happened? Does it have something to do with the recent update?

Also, I am not a ruby buyer and I hav saved up enough rubies to buy a drill ground. Should I get the drill ground, or keep saving for a level 2 bakery (I already have a level 1 bakery)? Or, should I do something else?

Thank you.

No one has answered this yet.

Thanks.

As you level up, certain quests don't give XP, I guess some quests lose its value as you level up. Also there is a chance you confused the amount of XP you read.

A drill ground will never be as useful as bakery. Recruiting soldiers 1-3 minutes faster is not better than having 10% more of soldiers.

Okay. I suppose the quests lose some XP value as you level up, because I am certain that I didn't read it wrong.

I will save up for a level 2 bakery.

Thank you.

I have a question about titles. It is my understanding that your title only advances from knight when you gain glory points, and you can only gain glory points by attacking another player, not a robber baron. However, every person of a low level around me has the title of chevalier. They are so new that they are still in their one week of protection mode. When you attack another player, the game automatically removes your protection mode. So what I would like to know is how they gained the title of chevalier without attacking another player and removing their one week of protection?

It's a bug, the rank displayed in other players castles is one rank above than it should be.

In the very top right corner, there is (among other things) a button with a gear on it that says 'Settings' when you hover your mouse over it. Click on it, and there should be a big silver button with a key on it in the middle of the menu thta pops up. You can chahge your password there.

Have somone around you attack your camp to get rid of the occupying soldiers. If they win, you will get your camp back.

Also, just making sure, it is better to attack with one type of unit on a flank/front, right?

If you're asking no they can't. You can get the barterer and trade wood, stone, and bread for gold but there is no way to exchange anything for rubies (other than $). If your suggesting it then you can rest assured it won't ever happen. Selling rubies is their income.

Can Players be able to Trade rubies "with ea. other" for other stuff ea.: resources/gears?

You can trade rubies for resources using the travelling merchant (an event). You can't trade rubies between players in any way, because that system would be very easy to manipulate.

It would have been better cuz. rich folks could help out poor folks in RL. to have fun in this game.

EDIT: Question, Is "open Gate" useful? and should i use my rubies for it? (currently i still have the 50% discount on using my rubies)
