Unfortunately, no - the maximum amount of storages you can have is 1 (per castle). You will have to wait until you reach the required level to upgrade your storage.
This is the same with many buildings - encampments, keeps, marketplaces, stonemasons, sawmills, flour mills etc.

i think u mean moat and im pretty sure u get it at lvl 39.

if im about to be attacked by a far superior army and want to preserve my army, if i move my army to an out post or just out the castle before being attacked, what will happen? will i get looted more and more damage inflicted???

by getting a higher po using decorations and upgrading castle wall/towers.

you will get looted and your buildings will likley have a lot of fires you will need to put out, and if he faces no opposition he will probably continue to attack you.

you will have more stuff looted cos more men make it into the castle and I guess you would get more damage for the same reason but on the good side, when your attacks over you can send your men back all alive and well

There is no honor limit, yes your castle eventually stops getting more space tho i dont know what lvl that is.

Castles have 100% occupancy rate for 3 Plants and only 3 farm houses will produce maximum food.
I have an outpost with fields 100% occupancy rate for six plants. does that mean i can have 6 farm houses that give maximum amount of food or does it just increase the amount each farm house produces.
