I have been trying to buy some rubies today and every time I do it says that the transaction has been declined as there ts no UID for it! Am I the only one this is happening to ?

But I do!! I went out after and spent on it and have checked since and there is still plenty of credit. Maybe they just don't like me lol!

so it's not just me! have been looking uid up and it's some sort of banking thing, don't know how to resolve it.

No it is not just you - merchants there - want to spend some money and cant - good business I dont think!

I bought rubies yesterday evening, but I don´t yet received any rubies to me. How long does it take that rubies update to me?

that is very ynlikely cause it is a computer that works the rubie payment shop

The few times I have bought tubies, as soon as the payment was processed, it was instantaneous.

I can vouch for that as well. Every time I've purchased something it's been sent to me instantly.

Anyway I'm having the same problem now, after proceeding to the check out I get the message of not having the correct UID and to try again.

Can't buy anything right now from the payment shop currently, but I'm glad to see I'm not the only one having this problem and hope this is only a temporary error.

I have also had trouble buying rubies. First I get the UID error, I am using a Debit NOT Credit card so I assume it is that. Now paypal keeps canceling my payment. Why? There IS sufficient credit in the account and I have had no problems paying via paypal in the past.

also having problems using card something about uid. pretty silly to offer promotion then cant purshuse them.

ouch kinda glad I didn't opt for that. There's another thread with people having the exact same problem so you guys aren't alone.
I sent in a ticket about this problem but looking over the review that was given to me it says their working hours are Monday-Friday.
So might be a good chance we won't see this problem solved until tomorrow.
ah well can live without rubies for now. (sad that the ruby promotion went to waste though)

Sent a ticket in for this problem but the auto message I got back had their working hours set for Monday-Friday so not sure if I'll be getting a response back until tomorrow let alone this issue fixed.

This happened to me the last time there was an offer on - have tried a credit card and a debit card and paypal all have worked elsewhere today - getting annoyed as had no system apology last time there was a problem either or when the map was unavailable - spoils the game - may not bother to continue much longer

I also had the same problem as well, the first time i thought the information was filled out wrong but the same error occurred when i entered it in again. Idk whether it was because the offer expired while filling out the information or what. Oh and they should take out the American Express card out in the beginning. Tried paying with that only to realize it only accepted the first two

I had the same problem - " the transaction has been declined etc" ... after clicking checkout you see the frame with transaction info opens... right click on this frame ....and chose open in another window... this solved the problem at least for me ... but happiness was brief lol ... after i did payed i never saw any rubies received.... and i still dont see them

Im also having the same problem, for the last 2 days.....i have tried different cards but it doesn't make a difference!
