I just tried to log into both of my accounts 10/10/2012 and it isnt letting me on neither one of them? Its doing this same thing also saying i am suspended!?
If both accounts are on the same server then you were probably suspended for breaking the rules. You will need to contact support.

how do you contact support to ask them why i am suspended? I thought it would only be for ten minutes but i havent been able to get on for 3 days.

That sounds fair you have no buissnes having more than one account! Read the rules you are only allowed t have ! account.

Just got banned for 10 mins... No frequent re-logins (or any other rule breaking) so I don't know why it was. I see the need to stop cheaters but to people who are being legitimately active and not using auto-clickers it seems like being punished for fairly playing the game (which is a bit... well... unfair), so is there really no other way? As long as the ban for this will never be more then 10 mins it doesn't matter too much, but still very annoying.
Edit: Just happened again, again for no reason. Please make the system recognise cheaters properly, I don't like being banned for being active.

I was randomly suspended for 10 mins one day when I shut my lap top lid and opened it again But I hadnt done ANYTHING!!!!!

Does this re-login count as re-loading the browser? Normally when I'm done the game I just close the browser (not logging off). That way when I re-open the browser it's automatically logged in. Should I stop doing this?

Only if it's on the same server. If it's on different servers, there is no problem.

My account was suspened. i am a very active player and i don't cheat and some people get on my nervers so i may use foul language like the a one. but i don't mean it those kids just keep attacking me. So if i play 16hours out of 24 hours everyday and i collect 542 coins every ten minites will it detect me for cheating. I am not cheating i ammjust wondering why. i know the tax levels are pretty high for a lv24 but i build lot's of dwellings.

omg, I was suspended and they said as my first violation they would uplift my suspension its been 3 days and i havnt heard a peep from support, im worry that they might just be ignoring me
