It's to counteract anyone who cheats by using a "clicker", which automatically collects taxes and recruits troops. By suspending your account it would stop the clicker from working, if you were using one. This usually happens when you've been very active, the software sees it as a possible cheat.

:(Hi I got the exact same problem but when after ten min it says I got the wrong username/password I written the exact same password but it doesn't let me I even use remember password but that does not work. Any ideas??

I was given a 10 minute suspension today. The server disconnected and said connection lost. when I was finally able to get back on it said account suspension and tem minutes. I had no Idea what this clicker is and I been plaayin for months and doing the same thing everyday. I am a level 47 I play no different then when i was a level 21. But this bothered me because I did nothing wrong.
