i still can't get the store to open

Guys you got to restart your computer or clear cache.
I restarted then used internet explorer to open.
Make sure that you have micosoft word open in the background.
And bam, rubies.

So, it is working on the American servers but not the European ones. It is good to see where the priority lies at the moment. I believe some sort of compensation is in order for those who are either waiting for rubies bought and still have not received them yet, and compensation for those who wanted to take advantage of the special offer and cannot because the site doesn't work. Having such a short period of time to buy them in, doesn't really help the server overload. Bad idea guys.

Damn, but what if I dont have Microsoft Office? Will it work if I just open notepad?

The more we moan and complain and tell them they owe us the less likely they are to come out with another bonus like this. They were being generous in the first place to send one out. You think they wanted their servers to mess up? I'm sure they would want EVERYONE buying rubies. So there's no need to get rude about it I'm sure you will get your rubies.

It appears at various times of the day to make people from all time zones happy. The only problem is that it doesn't seem to be working for many people.

im going to be so pissed if they do not fix bug by the time expires , i say we all file claims that they must honor the 100 percent bonus as sonn as they can process........ EVERYONE file claims . i tryed to but that wont even process. this is a joke i spent way too much on this game for them not to honor this ... EVERYONE file claims. if they dont honor it at least it will annoy them badly

I am still trying UK here - and still it wont load - tried clearing cache,restarting, using IE and Firefox and still nothing... Im getting really fed up here !!!!
