They knew the 100% crashed the servers, but they waited until 6 pm German time on a Friday evening for the next promotion?

Come on guys... you knew your servers were stressed to the max last time, why not do this when your tech guys were at work so you could figure out how to reset it or fix it on the fly... these things on the weekends or evenings are always a mess...

thank you good game empire you are such a great company. i have dumped money into this game and everytime there is a ruby bonus you FAIL to let me get the BONUS . the 100 percent problem you did NOTHING . you could have sent everyone private message to get into the 100 percent bonus but you did not. you are horrible at what you do. im so far in this game i cannot quit now but i just wanted to say how bad you are from a buisness stand-point . we all voted for you to win he awards ONLY TO GET A FEW RUBIES YOU ARE SO CHEAP TO GIVE OUT. you guys are either bad at your trade or crooks. i dont know. im just thinking

Sounds fair enough to me Jake, I think that there should either be some refunds or rubies handed out to all players who try to buy just for the inconvenience!

This is how good game will lose its followers, and players. It is starting to get a bad reputation, and rightfully so. I guess I'll start searching the web for a better managed game to play, when I find it I'll post it to all.

I tried several times. Waiting a few mins in between. Perhaps if we slow down on clicking it. We can all buy them. We can not all enter the site at the same time. That is server overload. I get:
