Lost 27 + 28 macemen and approx 500 gold, + the fact that i lost my men after victory, they didnt bring home the spoils of war (i presume)... As i just started, this was all my offensive men and all my money.. so GG to my progress for the following days...

i lost 17 of my soldiers when they attacked robber baron castle none of them returned back even the combet report shows dat none og them were killed indtead the next day my no. of soldiers were down to 13 from 26

If i had the answer to that question i would have already posted it. The development team are working on it but we do not have an ETA at the moment.

Hi! today 19.9 about 11.30 my troops was coming back from support alliance member.
Main castle was all empty:( over 200 soldiers is lost. 100 longbows and 100 helebards.
Much of time and cois was there...

I too have lost 2 sets of troops and agree this to be an unacceptable bug in the game. I am 5 hours away from the end of beginners protection and have lost between 50 and 100 men!

This bug makes what would have been a brilliant game redundant.

hello yes i am missing troops as well i got the message saying that i was victorious and i had only lost 2 troops but my 48 or so troops never returned and now i have no money to replace them and am left defenceless please help asap

You have to send ticket to have your units back : http://support.goodgamestudios.com/
There scroll down the page and click on "E-mail support".
Put your name, e-mail, in Subject put "technical problem/bug", Subcategory choose "Loss".

I have again lost ruby units, my army of 283 units.

The bug always happens when you log off BEFORE your troops came back to your MAIN castle.
I don't have problems with outposts units.

i lost also troops, i think i lost around 110 morgenstersoldaten and 10 kruisboogschutters in 3 attacks of 40 troops.
i like it if they come back

I lost ~250 attackers on the 11th and lost again today 189..
I have sent an email to support and have not heard back from them yet..
This is ridiculous..how do you expect people to play your game when you have such a serious and frustrating bug??
This is the third time this happens. For the first the response time of support was not bad (not more than 5 days) but now this is getting out of control. It's been more than a week of the second loss and it happened again for the 3rd time today.
How do you expect my alliance to depend on me when I have no troops?

Before, my tropps got lpost on the way home after a victory (no message, nothing) they just went up into vapor. serious bug i'd say. still nothing has been done to fix it.
So ? is this a beta test?

report it to support and they often give peoples troops back affected by the bug. Give support some time to sort it out though

I sent out my army for an attack for another castle, they won but didn't return.
I'm missing 75 soldiers.
And this isn't the first time this happens to me.
Where are my soldiers?, I want them back.

they wanted to be elected as the best game, but they don't have a decent helpdesk... I lost all my attacking knights in a fight (for the x time) and now I don't get any answer. I'm waiting for 2 weeks
just an hour ago I again lost 145 troops, I think that I'm going to stop wasting my time in this game
When you want to play the game at a good level, you have to spend money, but then I want a good service...
here you have NO service
