I have checked once again.
I'm missing 83 soldiers after an attack of another Castle.
This isn't the first time this happens to me.
Why are my soldiers missing?
I want them back please.

Please do a SEARCH, or look at the stickied threads at the top of this board, or pull your head out of your butt. Spend just a couple of minutes looking and you will find out what to do.

I lost 109 2 handed swords in Great Kingdom on the US server. after 1 pm today Sept 9, 2012 They were returning from a robber barron map challenge. Please advise if I need a ticket submitted or this will resolve my issue and/or return my missing troops?

3rd time in ten days. Just lost another 88. Count is up to 688 in ten days, no reply yet from support. You seem to be getting worse. I was in the top 100 for loot per week and now I'm 3600th. Can't attack with no attack troops. I was buying rubies but that is on hold until you fix this problem.

You know, if you satisfy one customer, they will tell one person about your good service. If you upset one customer, they will tell 20 people about their bad experience. You guys are having a bad PR experience right now and coming on these forums and attacking people who are upset isn't very customer focused.

Maybe I should of voted for Paradox? They have outstanding service. Just no online games.

lost 227 men.. and dis is the fourth time it has happened.. i have even created tickets for the support team also but its of no use.. i keep losing dem on every attack now.. please help its hard to create such an army and then lose it all to bugs!!!!!!

i have lost more than 56 troops in the last 2 days...on several occassions i thought they wud come back some how but they didnt

To everyone : to have your troops back only way is to send a ticket via support.

Hi, don't know if it is reported already. When I send out troops and I stay online evrything works fine. When I send out troops and log off, the battle is won but the troops don't come back. Happened at least 3 times now, always during the night.

Lost approximately 150+ troops this way.
